Welcome to Tyro PC’s. These Terms and Services govern your use of our website tyrocomputers.com.au and any services, products, content, features offered by Tyro PC’s.

By accessing or using this website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Tyro PC's Refund Policy

At Tyro PC's, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of receipt, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchasing the item.
Products must be returned in "as-new" condition with:
- All original packaging
- Seals intact and unopened (where applicable)
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation included

Processing Fees

Goods must be as-new or a 25% processing and restocking fee may apply.
This fee will be deducted from your refund and is determined based on the condition of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built PCs or special-order items may not be eligible for return under this policy.
For faulty or defective items, please refer to our Warranty & Repairs Policy.

Return Process

Contact Tyro PC’s support team to request a return authorization.
Carefully repackage the item, including all original materials.
Ship the item using a trackable method to the address provided by our support team.
All returns must be shipped within 7 days of being approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Warranty & Repairs Policy

Brand new computer components include a 3 year manufacturer warranty, if your item has a warrantable fault we are required to send the item to the manufacturer or repair person/s,

if it is indicated that this fault was inflicted by the customer the item may be ineligible for a warranty repair, the customer is liable for any fees incurred by the repair of the part, once the repair is complete we will notify you of the outcome and whether the item is repairable, replaceable, or refundable.

Warranty on new product: 3 Years

Warranty on refurbished product: 1 Year

Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, we:

Do not guarantee that all items displayed will be available at the time of order.
Reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.
May update product details or remove items without notice.

Custom PC builds are made to order and subject to component availability. If a component is out of stock, we will notify you with possible alternatives.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept:

Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
PayPal
Other digital payment methods as listed at checkout

Tyro PC’s reserves the right to:

Change prices at any time without prior notice.
Refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing or availability errors.
Limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Australia and New Zealand Exclusively.

Shipping Terms:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom builds may take 3–7 business days to assemble and test before shipment.
Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tyro PC’s is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your item has been shipped we will send you a Tracking Number relative to the shipping provider we work with.

Order Cancellation and Modification

You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period:

Orders for in-stock items may be shipped immediately and may not be cancelled.
Custom build orders may only be cancelled for a partial refund, subject to the stage of the build and component restocking fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tyro PC’s and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, business, or profits.
Any damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

Post or transmit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content.
Use the Site to distribute malware or viruses.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts.
Interfere with the operation of the Site.

Violations may result in the suspension or termination of your access.
